Waltzing More Than Matilda 
Emerald-Lilly is a showstopper (and a mouthful) even if it is a bit nonsensical, but I see Rose-Lilly and such all the time, so why not? I wouldn’t be surprised if she was related to Hunter Kelly which is on this list too. Hunter green or Kelly green? Both? Sure.
I think Emerald-Lilly is very pretty, and sounds like something out of The Wizard of Oz. The idea of her being the sister of Hunter Kelly is very fetching!

I thought last week’s list was fairly outrageous, but this might take the cake. Lots of contentious names and also so many hyphens 😝
This has to be the most bogan sounding list I’ve read from Waltzing Matilda… No offence to the parents! But Queeneisha? angel-Rayne?
If you look at their pictures (can see them up on the Bonds site) they are both utterly gorgeous kids. Queeneisha is non-white.
You’re right that they’re different from the usual names in birth notices, which tend to be a lot more conservative. I rather like their colorfulness as a change.
All babies are gorgeous, irrespective of the names we give them and how we present them. This post at least has provoked quite a reaction, myself included. Well done Anna!
