I work at a job where I see A LOT of names and just this week saw CJ J Smith. (First name CJ, second inital J). I figured it started out as CJ as a nickname, but they could never figure out the C. I prefer it being spelled out! Ceejay is a neat name in my opinion!
I’m seeing more people spelling out initials, and I can see the value of it – it makes them sound more like a “proper name”, and can be a way to honour someone without using their full name.
not me. I am not a fan of this trend at all. I would leave initials solidly in nickname territory.
Minnie Pearl? As in the comedian? Why would anyone want to inflict such a dated association?
I really like the middles Hadley and Anastasia.
I don’t think most Australians know who Minnie Pearl is.
