Wasn’t Barkley the name of the dog in Sesame Street? Weird to see it on a baby.
I thought maybe Peaches WIlde was announced in a birth announcement here in the U.S., because I haven’t searched any BA’s in Australia for a while. Why do it when you do such a good job with those. 🙂
I wrote Peaches Wilde down in my name journal, (I keep a journal of my personal favorites and one of a kind/stand out names that I find in BA’s), but then I remembered I got it off the bestgiftoflife blog. Love that site.
I think Bloom is a fabulous middle.
My favorite this week is Mathilda Fleur.

Yes, thebestgiftoflife has already borne fruit (pun intended); thank you very much for that recommendation!
Barkley may be a family surname (like the American President of that name), or I also thought of musical act Gnarls Barkley.

Is it just me or does it stick out to anyone else that the sibset Cameron and James both have strong ties to the name Kirk? James Tiberius Kirk and Kirk Cameron? I wonder if it was intentional at all. Seems like a weird coincidence.
I have to admit it didn’t occur to me (I had to look up who Kirk Cameron was), so perhaps it didn’t occur to Cameron and James’ parents either. 🙂
I dont think the parents saw the connection! I have also just realised that the two names have another connection in film director James Cameron. These names seem to have a few pop culture links.
I DID think of James Cameron, but probably only because there is a sci-link with both names. It’s probably just a coincidence.
