Love this list! We have Minnie who is Marianne on her birth certificate. We wanted to give her a ‘formal’ name but weren’t keen on Minerva or Wilhemina. We did some research and discovered Minnie is also traditionally short for ‘Mary’ names so we opted for Marianne which we already loved anyway. Would love to call any future girls Kitty or Edie!
Minnie, Kitty and Edie would make the most adorable sibset! 🙂
I love Tildy
I don’t like many of these, but I do love Annie, Beth, Bridie (my sisters nn), Demi, Georgie, Pippa and Tildy/Tilda/Tilly.
I know dozens of kids with these names. Some of these I’d happily use (Betsy, Bridie, Greta, Penny, Kitty), some I think I’d likely only use as a ‘household-nickname’, if that makes sense (Tori, Tildy, Allie, Pippi).
