Ochre and Echo are pretty great, along withe the names of their siblings.

I can’t help thinking I would get mixed up and tongue-tied with siblings Echo and Ochre, and Rohan and Noah, they just sound so alike! I keep noticing the USA theme in siblings, I wonder if it is homesick patriotism or just evidence of Australia’s admiration of the US? Thanks for sharing these announcements, always interesting to see what people are choosing!
They’re both way too alike for me to cope with them.
I can confirm that the sibset of American cities is Australian, and it probably wasn’t deliberate, as these are all popular or fashionable names in Australia. I do sometimes see babies of ex-pat or naturalised Americans (the grandparents are from Texas or New York etc), and they never have obviously “American” place names like Memphis, Dakota, or Georgia.
Ochre and Echo, what delicious twin names. I’d also like to register my admiration for Gabriel Ross David.
