I love Blyth on a boy – I haven’t seen that before. I wonder how they came to choose it. A family name perhaps.
It could a family name – there are quite a few prominent Blyths.
I’ve seen Blyth three times this year – twice on boys, once on a girl. But this is the first time I’ve seen it as a first name.

I saw Hype in a news story and wondered if it could be short for something, although I can only think of Hyperion.
